Stave Puzzles manufactures and sells handcrafted wooden jigsaw puzzles and related accessories, including custom puzzles, rental programs, and puzzle-related merchandise.

Stave Puzzles produces handcrafted wooden jigsaw puzzles made individually by artisans. Each puzzle will vary due to its handmade nature.
Products may include:
- Traditional puzzles
- Trick™, Teaser™, Tormentor™, Treat™, TroubleMaker™, Tidbit™ puzzles
- Custom and photo puzzles
- Corporate and Commemorative puzzles
- Puzzle Rental and Loaner Programs
- Puzzle accessories
Because the puzzles are handcrafted and sometimes made to order, availability and crafting timelines will vary.
Certain puzzles may be personalized with names, dates, or custom shapes depending on the puzzle ordered.
3. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
- Limit quantities purchased per customer
- Verify billing and shipping information prior to fulfillment
If an order is canceled after payment authorization, the transaction will be voided or refunded.

5. Shipping Policy
Stave Puzzles partners with UPS and other carriers to deliver orders worldwide.
Shipping Timeframes
Products may fall into one of two categories:
In-Stock Products
- Typically ship the next business day.
Made-to-Order Products
- Handcrafted puzzles may require approximately 3–6 weeks for production before shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
Customers will receive shipment tracking when available.
6. Return & Satisfaction Guarantee
Stave Puzzles offers a “Piece of Mind” satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service to arrange:
- A replacement product
- A product exchange
- Or a refund of the purchase price (subject to return review)
Customers must contact Stave customer service before returning merchandise.
Returned items must be in acceptable condition unless otherwise agreed upon.
Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to a company error.
7. Custom Products
Custom puzzles and personalized items are created specifically for the customer.
Because of their personalized nature:
- Custom products may not be eligible for refund once production has begun.
- Changes or cancellations may not be possible after confirmation.
8. Puzzle Rental and Time Share Programs
Certain services allow customers to temporarily rent puzzles.
For these programs:
- Customers may keep a puzzle for up to six weeks before returning it.
- A return shipping label may be provided depending on the program.
Damage or missing pieces may result in additional fees.
9. Missing or Damaged Pieces
If a puzzle piece is lost or damaged, we can craft a replacement piece for you.
- A replacement fee may apply per piece to cover craftsmanship and replacement costs.
Customers may be required to return the puzzle for accurate replacement.
10. Payment Terms
Payments must be made at the time of order using the payment methods offered at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method.
- The information provided is accurate.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in order cancellation and account restrictions.
11. Chargebacks and Fraud
Customers agree to contact Stave Puzzles directly to resolve any order concerns before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.
Fraudulent transactions or abuse of payment systems may be reported to authorities.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including images, artwork, puzzle designs, logos, and text—is the property of Stave Puzzles or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
Stave Puzzles shall not be liable for:

- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Losses resulting from misuse of products
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
